Terms of sale
1. Overview. These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from Alvena ("we", "us", "our") through our website tryalvena.co and related sales channels (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Eligibility. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in your country of residence, and that you are purchasing for your own personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.
3. Products. We take care to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen, and packaging may be updated from time to time. Product descriptions, specifications and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.
4. Orders and Acceptance. When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is only accepted once we send you a confirmation email and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect an error in pricing, a limitation on quantity, or a payment or fraud issue. If we cannot accept or must cancel your order, we will notify you using the contact details you provided and refund any amount already charged.
5. Prices and Payment. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price applied is the one in effect when your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation. Promotions and bundle offers are valid while they are displayed on the Store and cannot be applied retroactively. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or any customs or import charges, which may apply depending on your delivery destination and are your responsibility. Payment is taken at the time of order through our approved payment providers. You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
6. Subscriptions. If you choose a subscription, you will be enrolled in a subscription and billed on a recurring basis at the price and frequency shown in your order summary, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next bill date through our member portal or by emailing support@tryalvena.co. Cancellation stops future shipments and charges; amounts already billed for orders that have shipped are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery. Orders are normally packed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping is free on our bundles; for single-bottle orders, shipping costs are shown at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the products are handed to the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will work to resolve it, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds. Your order is covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Empty-Bottle Promise. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@tryalvena.co within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the refund process. The promise applies to your whole order, even if your bottles have been opened or emptied, and we do not require bottles to be shipped back. The promise applies once per customer. You can change or cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet. Consumers in the UK and EU also benefit from statutory cancellation rights for unopened products, which are not affected by these Terms.
9. Product Use and Safety. Alvena products are dietary supplements. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, or medical care. Individual results may vary. Always read the label and the full list of ingredients before use, follow the directions, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication (including diabetes or thyroid medication), undergoing chemotherapy, or have a medical condition. Stop use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
10. Warranties and Consumer Rights. Our products are sold with the guarantees required by applicable consumer law, including that they correspond to their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Except for those non-excludable rights, products are otherwise provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by us.
11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alvena will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your purchase or use of our products, including any use that does not follow the label directions or the advice of your healthcare provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
12. Errors. Occasionally information in the Store may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders where information was inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
13. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
